Analysis of liquid circulation and mixing in a partitioned electrolytic tank

► Circulation pattern in two halves of the partitioned electrolytic cell are different. ► Optimal voltage (18 V) and NaOH concentration (1 M) using nickel electrodes have been determined. ► The mixing time decreases with increase in concentration of NaOH and voltage.
