Particulate mixing in a plough share mixer using DEM with realistic shaped particles

A ploughshare mixer only partially mixes the particle bed. The rate of mixing and the fraction of the bed mixed are smaller for elongated particles than for spherical ones. Comparison to PEPT experiment is improved. Mixing and flow are insensitive to material properties.
