Effect of carbon content of WC-Co composite powder on properties of cermet coating

By adjusting the carbon addition in the initial stage, the decarburization of coating can be inhibited. The prepared ultrafine-structured WC-Co coating has the best combination of hardness and toughness, leading to the high wear resistance.
