Synthesis and characterization of mesoporous ZrMCM-48 molecular sieves with good thermal and hydrothermal stability

► The hydrothermal synthesized Zr-incorporated MCM-48 possesses Ia3d cubic mesoporous framework. ► With the increase in zirconium content, specific surface area of the sample decreased and ordering deteriorated. ► The experimental results indicate that the Zr-incorporated MCM-48 has highly thermal and hydrothermal stabilities.
