Assessment of hygrothermal performance and mould growth risk in ventilated attics in respect to possible climate changes in Sweden

► HAM simulation of the cold attic concerning the climate change in Sweden. ► Four construction of the attic and three emissions scenarios. ► Mould growth index as the performance indicator. ► Selecting an emissions scenario does not affect the risk of mould growth. ► The safest solution is mechanical ventilation of the attic.
