Statistical methods for assessing and analysing the building performance in respect to the future climate

► Two statistical methods to assess long-term data; non-parametric (Ferro) and parametric (decomposition of variabilities). ► Simulated climate inside and outside a cold attic is assessed. ► Two uncertainty factors are considered: different spatial resolutions and different global climate models. ► The non-parametric method is suitable for checking the effects of having different spatial resolution. ► The parametric method gives a multi-time-scale view of data and its variations.
