Measurement of modulation induced by interaction between bubble motion and liquid-phase motion in the decaying turbulence formed by an oscillating-grid

► Formation process and initial motion of bubble were completely controlled. ► Transition of bubble motion from 2D to 3D was enhanced in decaying turbulence. ► Bubble launch condition was not affected by decaying turbulence. ► Gas-liquid interaction was precisely extracted and quantitatively discussed. ► A part of the bubble wake motion was firstly captured in the decaying turbulence.
