Dynamic thermal circuit modelling with distribution of internal solar radiation on varying façade orientations

▸ A zone with an entirely glazed façade with a varying type of glazing is considered. ▸ Solar and zone-façade geometry are considered to formulate a thermal-network model. ▸ Distribution of penetrating radiation on the internal surfaces is accomplished. ▸ Plots for the absorbed heat by the interior zone surfaces (HABS) are provided. ▸ Annual heating/cooling loads for 6 glazing systems at various orientations are given.
