Improved in vitro rooting and acclimatization of Jatropha curcas plantlets

► This is an improved micropropagation protocol of Jatropha curcas. ►The presence of CW increased leaf size and growth of the plant. ► Shoots with Augmentin® in the multiplication medium grew well during hardening. ► Rooting was improved to 85% with 100% transplant success.
