On Fishburn's questions about finite two-dimensional additive measurement, II

In an earlier article, we obtain f(3,5)=4. Here, we report that f(4,5)=6. The finding is accompanied by a family of cancellation violating sequences adequate for the detection of all non-additive weak orders for (m,n)=(4,4) and (4,5).
