An improved medical image enhancement scheme using Type II fuzzy set

Results on enhancement and segmentation of blood cells are shown. It is observed that the enhanced images using the proposed method are better. Also, the segmented images using the proposed enhancement method looks better where all the blood cells are clearly segmented.
