An isoparametric approach to level set topology optimization using a body-fitted finite-element mesh

► We perform level set topology optimization using a body-fitted finite-element mesh. ► Sensitivities are mapped to computational space using isoparametric transformation. ► We provide several two- and three-dimensional compliance minimization examples. ► The optimized structures are comparable, in performance, to SIMP-generated solutions.
