Effects of admission and treatment strategies of DWI courts on offender outcomes

► We assessed how casemix severity and service intensity were related to outcomes. ► Outcome measures used: failure rate; education; employment; and re-arrest. ► For most outcomes, higher service intensity was associated with better outcomes. ► We found that a court's casemix severity was unrelated to the outcomes we studied.
