DOE Advisory Committee's Grid Modernization Recommendations: Evolving to an Integrated Grid

EAC's September report provides a coherent analysis and detailed guidance to the Energy Department on challenges and opportunities for the nation's electricity delivery system in coming decades. Though the document focuses only on DOE's role, it also can serve as a tool for those in state and regional system operational and regulatory positions as they address the modernization of the system in their jurisdictions.
