Cross-sectional capacitance measurement of particle concentration in a microchannel with multi-layered electrodes

► We applied capacitance measurement with 16 multi-layered electrodes. ► Cross-sectional microchannel is divided into three electrode pair area. ► We calculate particle concentration at two cross-sections by the modified Maxwell equation. ► The experiments results show particle migrated near the walls at cross-section V.
