VIRTUAL ORGANIZATIONS BREEDING ENVIRONMENTS: KEY RESULTS FROM ECOLEAD

AbstractProvision of mechanisms, methodologies, and functionalities to support Virtual organization Breeding Environments (VBEs) requires proper understanding of their requirements, development of representative models, thorough identification of adequate operating principles, and design and development of facilitating ICT-based tools. Addressing these aspects requires innovative solutions which are now being tackled within the FP6-IP ECOLEAD project. This paper addresses the key results achieved in the project for the area of VBEs.
