SMART SENSOR IDENTIFIER (S2I) APPLICATION AND TRACKING OF SENSITIVE PRODUCTS

This work presents the design of a new wireless sensor called the “WIRELESS SMART SENSOR,” which works as a data capturing system with and identifying component. The planned sensor uses Radio Frequency Identification Technology (RFID), a communication and data transfer system. It has been specially designed to assure the traceability of goods which, because of their nature, require specific transportation and storage conditions (Food or perishable substances, products sensitive to environmental conditions, etc…)
