Methods of Struggling with Unethical Technology Transfer Processes

The paper presents some unethical methods and procedures employed by the technology providers in the technology transfer process in the case study country after 1989 and the basic effects in the Domain. The history of the most successful leading designer is depicted and his procedures and methods to counteract the unethical aspects are described. Some comments from the former communist countries are also given.
