3D microoptical elements formed in a photostructurable germanium silicate by direct laser writing

► Highly Ge doped hybrid material for optical/photonic applications was synthesized. ► Using laser writing technique the microoptical/photonic structures were fabricated. ► Microobjects of germanium material were produced directly on the tip of the optical fiber.
