A generation method of tunable cylindrical vector ring beam

► A simple and convenient generation method for tunable cylindrical vector ring beams is proposed. ► One polarization device and two axicon reflectors convert beam into cylindrical vector ring beam. ► Two half wave plates are used to alter polarization distribution of the cylindrical ring beam. ► Experimental results show that this generation method is valid, feasible, and convenient.
