Piezoelectric MEMS-based wideband energy harvesting systems using a frequency-up-conversion cantilever stopper

► We proposed MEMS energy harvesting systems integrating frequency wideband and up-conversion mechanisms simultaneously. ► The operation frequency range is broadened and the power generation of the system is improved by using the frequency up-conversion cantilever stopper. ► Our proposed energy harvesting system offers a possible application in low frequency situation such as that of human motion.
