RETRACTED: Using silica molecular sieve modified Fe3O4 particles as supporting matrix for oxygen sensing: Construction, morphology, characterization and sensing performance

This article has been retracted jointly at the request of the Authors, Zhong-cun Bao, Zeng-guo Feng and Wei Wong. This paper has been withdrawn following disclosure by the authors of errors in the article resulting from an experimental oversight. Specifically that in performing the experimental measurements outlined the excitation lamp and its associated detector used for sample DPBF degradation had not been properly zeroed; with the result that there was interference in the observed absorption decrease. The Authors upon recognizing this error notified the Editor and the Publisher immediately in full accordance with their responsibilities. The Authors recognize this oversight and both they and the Publisher would like to apologize for any and all inconvenience caused.
