Nickel/P nanozeolite modified electrode: A new sensor for the detection of formaldehyde

- P nanozeolite has been prepared from stem sweep as a low cost silica source.
- A HCHO sensor fabricated by modification of CPE with Ni doped P zeolite.
- Ni/P-CPE sensor exhibits superior electrocatalytic activity toward formaldehyde oxidation.
- The HCHO sensor has wide linear range, low detection limit and rapid response time for detection of formaldehyde.
