One-step preparation of disposable multi-functionalized g-C3N4 based electrochemiluminescence immunosensor for the detection of CA125

- A disposable and one-step ECL immunosensor to determine CA125 was developed.
- Multi-functionalized g-C3N4 captures CA125, emits ECL and simplifies the preparation.
- CA125 can be detected in the range from 0.001 to 5 U/mL, with a LOD of 0.4 mU/mL.
