Detection and analysis of cobalt in continuous flow using an analytical microsystem based on LTCC technology

- Sample volumes at a scale of microliters were attained using a microsystem based on low-temperature co-fired ceramics or LTCC.
- The resulting analytical signal was linear and followed Beer's law.
