Fabrication of highly ordered nanoporous thin Au films and their application for electrochemical determination of epinephrine

- Nanoporous thin Au films were fabricated by over the AAO templates.
- The nanoporous Au electrode shows remarkable electrocatalytic activity towards epinephrine oxidation.
- CV, LSV, DPV and chronoamperomerty were used for determination of epinephrine.
- Linear range of 25-100 μM and limit of detection of 2.42 μM were obtained for DPV.
