Nanoparticles-assembled Co3O4 nanorods p-type nanomaterials: One-pot synthesis and toluene-sensing properties

Nanoparticles-assembled Co3O4 1D nanorods have been synthesized by a solvothermal method and exhibited higher toluene (C7H8) response than that of the commercial Co3O4 powders.
