Poly(allylamine hydrochloride) modified screen-printed carbon electrode for sensitive and selective detection of NADH

- A new NADH sensor based on poly(allylamine hydrochloride) modified SPE is described.
- A wide response range and low detection limit for NADH detection was achieved.
- DPV allowed selective determination of NADH in the presence of ascorbic acid.
