Fuzzy Digital Control for DC-DC Converters Used in Renewable Energy Systems

This paper presents a digitally controlled step down converter using fuzzy technology designed to be used in renewable energy systems. The fuzzy controller is implemented based on the design of an analog controller and is implemented for verification in Simulink and Psim. After the validation of the model the controller is implemented on a Microchip DSC (Digital Signal Controller).
