POWER SYSTEM RESTORATION PLANS FOR TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS

The focus of the paper is specific features of electric power system (EPS) restoration after blackout, in particular restoration of transmission and distribution networks. General principles and plans of EPS restoration are formulated. The examples of restoration plan implementation are shown for the cases of transmission and distribution networks.
