Metric on the factorizations factor-classes as the measure of robustness

The factor space of factorization is defined. A metric, called δF–-metric, was introduced. It has been shown that δF–-metric has close connection with the v–-gap metric. Furthermore, the δF-metric is more appropriate to robust stabilization of parametrically uncertain plants then v-gap metric.
