Eigenvalue Assignment for Systems with Multiple Measurement Delays on Isolated Time Scales

In this paper, we investigated the eigenvalue assignment problem for continuous time systems with multiple measurement delays. We proposed a state feedback calculation method by using the time scales model of the system. Also, the eigenvalue and time scales selection issues are considered. We present an example to illustrate the validity of our approach.
