Advances in Online Courses on Process Control

In this paper, we present our recent improvements in process control education at Department of Information Engineering, Automation and Mathematics at FCFT STU in Bratislava. We describe procedures and methods used to improve teaching and to provide better opportunities in learning process. We discuss on-line learning management system in the course on process control, connected with various electronic teaching aids like, e-books, video lectures, automatically generated quizzes, computation and simulation tools.
