Evaluating the Melodie ICT Tool for Supporting Idea Generation

This paper presents the findings of an evaluation of an innovative ICT tool (Melodie) for the generation of ideas in the early stages of innovation. An early prototype of Melodie was experimented with in two workshops. The results of this testing of Melodie are reported in the paper. The paper analyses the number, quality and improvements made to the ideas generated during the two workshops. It concludes with recommendations for ICT tools designed to support the idea generation process.
