Fuzzy Logic is a problem-solving control system methodology that can control nonlinear systems which would be difficult or impossible to model mathematically. This process can be applied in complex regulation's cases, i.e. Silo's level regulation in stone quarries. Indeed, multiple parameters of entries, also constituting entries of disturbance, make the traditional regulation such as internal model, or PID too difficult to implement and especially without any guarantee of satisfactory results. In this paper, fuzzy logic is used to control specifics parts of the stone quarries. It chooses the best action to maintain suitably the level, according to the global evolving. In a first part, we will see an application of the fuzzy logic and explain why the fuzzy logic is the most judicious way to obtain the greatest results. Thereafter we will describe the fuzzy logic control of the process and, to finish, we will present and compare the results.
