Algebra-Logical Fault Diagnosis Method For SOC Functional Blocks

An algebra-logical method and an algorithm of fault embedded diagnosis in functional blocks of SoC, which use preliminary analysis of the fault detection table for decrease of its size and the volume of subsequent calculations, are proposed.
