EQUIPMENT FOR ANALIZING AGEING PROCESSES IN MATERIALS FOR WIND GENERATORS

Automated equipment for studying the processes of ageing and weariness in structural materials for wind generators is presented. The measuring system is based on torsion pendulum of Ke. The mechanical properties of the studied probe as a function of the processes of ageing and weariness in laboratory conditions could be derived in time scale of 1:120 and more compared to these that could be derived in operating conditions. The cycle of studying a probe is completely automated and as a result relaxation spectrums for different temperatures and increasing stage of artificial ageing and weariness of the studied material are obtained.
