GENERALIZED COMPACT TABLE IN DECOMPOSITION OF A BOOLEAN FUNCTION

The concept of generalized compact table as a form of specification of a Boolean function is introduced. This form is a further generalization of the decomposition chart and uses the concept of ternary matrix cover. A method for decomposition of a Boolean function using its representation in the form of generalized compact table is given.
