Super-tough poly(butylene terephthalate) based blends by modification with core-shell structured polyacrylic nanoparticles

The controlled core-shell polyacrylic nanoparticles (named CSPN) were prepared, and used to modify PBT. The notched impact strength of PBT/CSPN blend with weight ratio of 80/20 was 8.61 times greater than that of pure PBT.
