On the Implementation of Metrics in Industrial Embedded Systems

This paper presents a model for the view of quality of processes or services provided by workflow system that could be implemented in industrial embedded systems – especially those used in the production area. This model is based on several layers and deals with an assessment and calculation of performance criteria in single processes such as: time, price and quality.
