Analysis of Biosignal with Information Retrieval Methods

Three Information Retrieval (IR) inspired methods of signal processing are described in this paper. Standard methods are based on Fourier transformation, wavelet etc. Our approach consider biosignals like language over some alphabet and fulfills some rules i.e. grammar. Introduction of these methods are given in this paper and some preliminary results.
