This paper is concerned with the Hölder continuous on initial data for the μ-b equation on the circle. It is shown that the data to solution for the μ-b equation is Hölder continuous from bounded set of Sobolev spaces with exponent s>3/2 measured in a weaker Sobolev norm with index r
