ON JUST IN TIME CONTROL OF FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS VIA DIOID ALGEBRA

This paper deals with the just in time control of flexible manufacturing systems when reference input is a priori known. The control is based on basic results of residuation in dioid algebra and a local scheduling rule of Early Due Date (to solve possible conflicts).
