Flow injection chemiluminescence sensor based on magnetic oil-based surface molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for determination of bisphenol A
چکیده انگلیسی

• Molecularly imprinted polymer was introduced into CL for improving selectivity.
• OA@Fe3O4 was used as supporters of surface molecularly imprinted polymer.
• Wide linear range and low detection limit.
• Able to measure complex matrix samples with appreciable sensitivity.

An innovative flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) sensor for determination of bisphenol A using magnetic oil-based surface molecularly imprinted polymer particles (MIPs) as recognition element is developed. Briefly, the MIP layer was produced at the surface of oil acid@Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles which have strong magnetism and well dispersion in the oil phase. And it provided the MIPs with excellent adsorption capacity and rapid adsorption rate due to the imprinted sites mostly situated on the surface of MIPs. Then the prepared MIPs were packed into flow cell to establish a novel FI-CL sensor. The sensor provided a wide linear range for bisphenol A of 1.0 × 10−9 to 2.0 × 10−8 g/mL with a detection limit of 7.13 × 10−10 g/mL. And the relative standard deviation (RSD) for the determination of 1.0 × 10−8 g/mL bisphenol A was 2.3% (n = 11). The proposed method was applied to determine bisphenol A in samples and obtained satisfactory results that the quality content of BPA in samples were 0.078 and 0.155 mg/kg. The recoveries for different concentrations varied from 98.2 to 102.0%. Comparing the results with that obtained using a standard method, the proposed method has preferable accuracy.
