Contribuições ao processo de planejamento de negócio para geração de empresas de base tecnológica de origem acadêmica (EBTS de OA)

The Process of Business Planning (PBP) can be considered an initiative in the guidance and how it should be managed the transition from one technology to the product and the initial configuration of a business. Can highlight this aspect as one of the conditions for a more assertive alignment of market positioning of academic spinoff. In this context, this paper aims to describe the existing PPNeg and mediations between this and the Process of Technological Planning (PTP) of academic spinoff. The study investigated 29 universities mining projects, concentrating on start-ups. From the use of action research, methods and techniques for managing product development and principles of operations management, strategy researchers have identified the decisions taken through the stages of planning, seeking to understand the relationship between business planning and technological planning their academic spinoff. As a contribution perceives the structuration of a methodology, represented in a pictogram, able to guide researchers and managers in defining their business models and initial definition of operations strategies. As a limit its reach, we highlight the fact that this study was not thorough in identifying the resources involved in the consolidation of the business models of those organizations and not explore the restriction faced by entrepreneurial teams throughout the process of consolidation of academic spinoff.
