Evaluate binding properties of synthetic berbamine derivatives with the PDGFR-β G-quadruplex by ESI-MS

- Ten berbamine derivatives were synthesized as binders for PDGFR-β G-quadruplex.
- The berbamine derivatives displayed improved binding with PDGFR-β G-quadruplex.
- The Py group and the longer (CH2)3 linker were recommended.
