Hydroponic cultivation of selenium-enriched kale (Brassica oleracea var. alboglabra L.) seedling and speciation of selenium with HPLC-ICP-MS

► The hydroponic cultivation was applied for Se-enriched kale seedling. ► Kale seedling can reduce the toxicity of inorganic Se then transform to SeMC and SeMet. ► Increasing information will be used to develop other plant hydroponic cultivation to produce quality Se-enriched food.
