Fabrication of a passive 3D mixer using CO2 laser ablation of PMMA and PDMS moldings

► Bending and straight cone structures are fabricated on PMMA material utilizing a CO2 laser. ► The fluid moves in vertical, horizontal and oriented zigzag forms respect to the different locations in the channel. ► Complicated 3D twisted structure is fabricated by the presented method without using the time consuming multilayer processes.
