Photoinduced electron and energy transfer in an amphiphilic perylenetetracarboxylic diimide derivative/CdS self-assembled hybrid film

The highly ordered TPDI/CdS hybrid film was obtained where the hexagonal wurtzite CdS nanocrystals grown on the surface of J-aggregation TPDI successfully. Photoinduced energy transfer from CdS to TPDI and electron transfer from TPDI to CdS are revealed.103
