Single ion sandwich-type polyoxomolybdates based on Strandberg anions and their electrocatalytic properties

Two novel single metal ion sandwich-type phosphomolybdate P2Mo5 clusters were synthesized. These two pure inorganic metal-oxo clusters show n-type semiconductor properties as well as electrocatalytic activities for nitrite and hydrogen peroxide reduction.123
